Please note it will take 3-5 business days to process orders.

Please make sure your address is correct; shipping labels are printed verbatim. If your order cannot be delivered due to a mistake while placing your order, redelivery fees may be collected. 


For all custom items, please allow 3-5 weeks from the order date (this does not include delivery time) for the item to ship.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier services. All claims must be made through the carrier service your package is shipped with.


International orders take longer due to ship. Please make sure to provide a telephone number and email for customs purposes. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by customs agency in the destination country. The agent will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges so that shipment can continue to destination. After shipping, the order will take 6-10 days to receive.
